3. Required Documents

   - Birth certificate

   - 1" photos of the student (4 photos)

   - Photo of the parents

   - A copy of the house registration of the student and parents

   - House Address and location map (for the school bus)

4. Enrollment day

   - Students and parents must register their enrollment documents at the school and participate in a brief interview.
